I have always been a person full of energy and enthusiasm, constantly involved in new projects, both personal and those of the people around me. My devotion for helping others and my proactive nature have led me to embark on this new and exciting adventure as a wedding planner.

I combine my organizational skills, my passion for events, and my deep desire to make people happy. This is how this idea was born, and I hope it excites you as much as it does me.

What does a wedding planner do? What tasks do they perform for the wedding?

Think about everything you'd like or need help with, or even need someone to do for you. The list is long, right? Well, I can cover all aspects you can imagine related to the wedding and delegate tasks. What does this mean? Let's see:
Advise and guide couples, providing creativity and helping them to clarify their ideas and needs.
Manage the budget in the most optimal way to make everything look spectacular.
Coordinate and manage vendors to achieve perfect harmony among all elements.
Ensure that everything during the event happens at the right time and place.
Handle unexpected issues and manage last-minute changes, being effective and decisive in decision-making.
If hired, design all the event's decor (flowers, lights, stage, etc.) professionally and tastefully. My job is to meticulously take care of every detail, ensuring that the couples who choose me enjoy and live to the fullest one of the most special days of their lives.

Is any decoration or material included in the budget for the wedding?

That depends on the service(s) hired. If you want me to take care of the decoration, I offer that service, but it is not included in services such as comprehensive coordination, day-of coordination, or pre- and post-wedding services. In other words, the decoration service is hired separately. The cost will depend on the idea you want to carry out. Feel free to consult me, and I will be happy to help you.

Can we choose our own vendors, or will we only work with yours?

The most important thing for me is that you feel comfortable and secure at all times. I have no problem working with vendors you suggest, but we must keep in mind that my primary role is to take care of you throughout the process, so I will ensure all vendors meet our expectations and needs. I will always provide you with the vendors I consider most suitable for your celebration, but if you already have some, my job will be to interview them and ensure they can provide the service we seek. I will organize meetings so you can meet each of the potential vendors I propose: DJs, photographers, bakers, designers, hairdressers, venues, hotels, florists, caterers, decorators, filmmakers, etc.

Do you organize weddings anywhere?

Of course, I do. I live in Tenerife, but I am willing to organize the wedding wherever necessary. Share your idea with me, and I will find a way to make it possible.

As a couple, how will we participate in the wedding planning?

The answer is, in everything you want to participate in. You can speak and meet with the vendors yourselves, or I can do it. That will depend solely on what you prefer or need. How will our journey be?

To begin with, we will have an initial virtual meeting where we will get to know each other, and you will share how you envision your wedding. Once I send you the budget, if you accept it, we will sign the contract. From there, get ready to talk to me more than to your family. The first step I will take, with your agreement, is to create a WhatsApp group so we can communicate better. The three of us will design your ideal wedding, and I will get to work finding vendors, supervising the budget, etc.
We will meet periodically to check on progress, what is ready, and what still needs to be done. After each meeting, you will receive a summary email from me. I will also keep you informed of progress with the vendors, payments to be made, etc. As the wedding date approaches, our meetings will be as frequent as necessary. On the wedding day, I will ensure that everything and everyone is where they need to be at all times. I will be attentive to any unforeseen issues that may arise and resolve them as effectively as possible. And at this point, we will have to say goodbye. Well, better yet, see you soon.
